When purchasing our products or services, the client accepts the terms and conditions specified below:
  • Confidentiality: we are committed to maintaining the privacy of the data provided, so that you have a safe purchase with us since we require personal information such as names, addresses, telephone number, etc.

  • Purchase: the order must be settled in full (paid) prior to shipping or delivery.

  • Shipments: The client must provide the necessary and correct information on the recipient, giving specifications and contact information of the person who will receive. Shipping has an extra cost depending on the area in Puerto Vallarta and different regions of Nayarit. The home service has a waiting time of a maximum of 10 minutes. If the recipient refuses to receive or is not at home, the arrangement will be taken back to the flower shop. If a second shipment is necessary, a new shipping charge will be made.

  • If you request delivery to a residence or development with a security booth, you must have prior notice of the arrival of the order to speed up delivery, since the waiting time is 10 minutes from the arrival at the door of the development. the indicated address.

  • A delivery time range must be provided and it is understood that the customer confirms that the recipient is at the indicated address.

  • Availability: Arrangements are subject to availability. If any color, base or flower is not in season, it will be replaced with a similar one. The arrangements may vary slightly from the images, due to availability, in case of any change it will be replaced with something of equal or better quality, maintaining the essence of what was requested.

  • Same day orders: Designs indicated as "Same day delivery" can be requested from Monday to Friday from 10am to 1pm and Saturdays from 10am to 11:30am, which will be delivered after 4pm (M-F) and 2pm (Sat) , according to availability on the agenda and the product. After these times you can request arrangements or signature bouquets that are made with what is available in the store. Designs that do not indicate same-day delivery must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations: THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS, because the product is perishable, change in delivery date is not allowed. To change the date of an event, request a minimum of 2 months in advance, it will be subject to availability and price change.

  • Guarantee: the freshness guarantee is 24 hours, due to the weather conditions to which the arrangements may be exposed after delivery. The product is the responsibility of the customer once received.

  • If you wish to request a guarantee, the arrangement must be returned without any alteration. If there is any alteration and apply for a total or partial refund, the total amount of what was altered or damaged will be charged, as well as the redesign if you have to modify the repair due to the altered/damaged.

  • In the event that your order is delivered to the security booth, with a concierge, reception or person other than the recipient, we are not responsible for any shortages that may exist and/or arrival time to the recipient.

  • If the recipient refuses to receive or the conditions for receiving make delivery impossible, the customer will be contacted. A refund will not apply for these reasons, the option will be given to deliver to another address considering a new shipping charge.

  • If there are dangerous conditions for the delivery personnel, the client must be responsible for any damage that may be caused (e.g. dangerous dogs or some other dangerous situation).

  • The duration of the credits or balances in favor will be valid for 3 months from the day you make the payment.

  • Anti-harassment: we do not have anonymous submissions, in order to avoid harassment or uncomfortable situations and insecurity. The arrangements may be sent without a name, in case the recipient requests the sender's information, this will be provided by the company.

  • Arrangements for "to go" events will be delivered to the parking lot of the place where they are requested; this service does not include their assembly and arrangement. as well as disassembly and collection if this has not been included in your account.

  • Sundays: We do not work on Sundays, so if you want a delivery this day, you must request it no later than Friday, with an additional fee according to the type of arrangement and time you need it. If you pick up in store, a 30-minute space will be given for collection.
