If you request delivery to a residence or development with a security booth, you must have prior notice of the arrival of the order to speed up delivery, since the waiting time is 10 minutes from the arrival at the door of the development. the indicated address.

In the event that your order is delivered to the security booth, with a concierge, reception or person other than the recipient, we are not responsible for any shortages that may exist and/or arrival time to the recipient.
